Investment Criteria
All-American is focused on buying businesses that are either non-core and/or under-performing and in need of managment expertise to maximize profit. Below is a list of a typical acquisition candidate characteristics: 
 
  • Light to heavy manufacturing
  • Typically subsidiary of larger corporation or family owned 
  • Marginally Profitable (less than 10% EBITDA margins) to Highly Distressed (negative EBITDA and/or negative revenue trends)
  • Vast Majority of operations in the USA
  • Revenue $20 to $250 million
  • Valuation based on percentage of Asset Value and/or Multiple of Cashflow
  • Add-ons to existing portfolio companies
